No Hassle Returns & Exchanges
At County Collectibles, we believe in keeping things simple and making every purchase completely risk-free. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase, provided the item meets the following conditions: it must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and in its original, perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact.
To make things even easier, we now offer a dedicated Returns & Exchanges Portal for all orders. Simply submit your request through the portal and follow the instructions provided to complete your return or exchange quickly and hassle-free. Your satisfaction is always our priority.
Returns & Exchanges Portal
All returns and exchanges must be requested through the County Collectibles Returns & Exchanges Portal. Once your request is submitted and approved, you’ll receive full instructions on how to send your item back.
For a full refund or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in perfect condition. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible from start to finish.
Sending Your Return
To return or exchange your order within 30 days of purchase, the item must be unworn, undamaged, unstained, unscented, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once your return request has been approved through the portal, securely package your item(s) and include any return details provided.
Return Postage
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. County Collectibles cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds & Reimbursements
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll begin processing your refund or exchange promptly. If the item meets the conditions outlined in this policy, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 working days.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy requirements.
Can I Drop Off a Return?
Returns and exchanges cannot be dropped off in person and must be sent through a postal service or package carrier using the instructions provided through the Returns & Exchanges Portal.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately through our Returns & Exchanges Portal if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll assess the issue and work quickly to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Clearance sale items
- Gift cards
